Pro: Ceramic brakes don't heat up so quickly.

If you are concerned about keeping the weight of your sports car down as low as possible, it may be a little concerning that ceramic brakes can be a little heftier. It is important to keep in mind, however, that even though the brakes may weigh a little more, the weight is added to the wheels and chassis and not to the car itself, which probably will not make much of a difference in how your car handles.
